Perhaps changing the activities that you associate with alcohol to something entirely different for sobriety? Change spin class to weightlifting or yoga, magazines to online articles, cook entirely new meals you've yet discovered and as for socialisation definetly just indulge for a while. Could be wonky advice but changing associations in my brain always helps me enjoy new hobbies. Reccomend reading the section about habit stacking in atomic habits too, sound advice on positively associating negative experiences with positive outcomes.
